Q&A with Sarah

What inspired you to become a cosmetic nurse?

As a working mother of five, I often found that I placed myself last. I still remember catching myself in the mirror one day, looking tired, aged and deflated. I had spent so many years putting my family first, and it was finally time for me. That moment is why I am so passionate about helping clients rediscover their confidence.

What is your approach to cosmetic medicine?

There has been work and trends in our industry that have given aesthetics a somewhat sour reputation. That is not what I am about.

In my late forties myself, I understand that life does give us some beautiful signs of life experience on our faces. We do not want to erase those all entirely.

My focus is on facial architecture. Keeping your natural beauty, looking like “you”, with just a little freshen up.

People should be asking you “have you been on a holiday? You look amazing!”

What treatment do you see more becoming popular?

Right now I am so excited about Skin Boosters and Biostimulants.

I have been working with products like Sculptra for over ten years, but the range of options available today is like nothing we have seen before. This is where aesthetics is heading and the results speak for themselves. Beautiful, porcelain, naturally radiant skin.

And honesly? I love a jawline. There is nothing better than giving a client a snatched jawline and watching their face light up. And necks, we all hate our ageing necks! This is one of my passions right now, so many exciting new treatments coming.

I am also really excited about the rise in male cosmetic treatments. Masculinisation enhancing structured cheeks, chiselled chins and strong jawlines.
