Our fat dissolving treatment involves a product that contains deoxycholic acid which works by breaking down cells in fatty tissue.
Once the product is injected into the submental fat cell (double chin area) or any other small fat pocket of concern, the fat cells in the area are permanently destroyed by a process known as adipocytolysis. The destroyed fat cells are excreted through your lymphatic system to never return.
With this procedure there is an inflammatory response from the body that stimulates your immune system to clear away any damaged fat cells.

Results of fat dissolving injections take up to 4 to 6 weeks to be seen, and most patients require between 2 to 3 sessions for the best possible results.
